Manitoba Recreational Trails Assoc "The Manitoba Recreational Trail Association (MRTA) is a registered non-profit charitable provincial association which exists to assist local trail associations with trail development and related issues in Manitoba. The MRTA is responsible for the development of the Trans Canada Trail in our province. We have a volunteer board, a Trails Co-ordinator and one other full time staff member. For the next three years, the Board will be administering the Provincial Millenium Funds that have been made available to build and promote recreational trails in Manitoba."
